Sessions & Fees

Session rates are $160 per session (50 minutes).

I am an out-of-network provider with insurance. Your insurance may still help you cover the cost of therapy, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

Here’s a quick guideline on the steps to take when contacting your insurance company:

1) Call the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card,

2) Ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, and be sure to ask:

• If you have a deductible,

• If your insurance will reimburse you for psychotherapy services, and if so,

• How much will you be reimbursed?

If you’re using your out-of-network benefits, I will provide you a with a monthly Superbill (a “therapy receipt”) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please note that counseling sessions are considered a medical appointment and are covered by HSA/FSA funds.
